I am a mother trying to upsize so my son can have his own space

We have a vacation home in Costa Rica and would like to swap temporarily or permanently with properties in Europe.

My partner is fully retired (from the LAPD) and I am semi-retired (events and meeting manager) here in sunny Long Beach, California, home of the Queen Mary. We love traveling in various forms from adventurous eco-tours to pampered cruising. It is our desire to meet others all over the world with a particular eye on Ireland where we plan to visit in the fall. If we could find a home swapping opportunity, that would be a consideration.

I am a curious and adventurous person who has worked in education for much of my life. I have many skills to share especially in business management marketing and communications. I am a good cook and Baker. I love to draw and paint and always have my camera with me. I love to garden and with all the lovely flowers I make arrangements for my family and friends. I enjoy sports swimming being my favourite and walking next. I do Pilates to stay supple. To summarise I would say I am a good all rounder.

I am a mother of two, greyhound owner and art graduate looking for extra pennies. During my free time I enjoy visiting galleries, museums and going for walks out with the city. I enjoy burlesque lessons to make myself feel great, am currently enjoying intermittent fasting (allowing for cake!) and follow a gluten and dairy free diet. I also cater to a child with complex allergies and so can help with anyone trying to adjust to a new diagnosis or looking for family meal ideas. If you'd like a kind and experienced person to help your kids with reading, crafts or babysitting or even to, clean, pet sit, board or walk your dog then please let me know and we'll discuss your needs! I charge £9 per hour for most services.

I think of myself as a creative and adventurous individual who loves to experience new things and learn from different types of people. I would say learning about different cultures and ethnic backgrounds has become an integral part of me and is something I have always been interested in from a young age. As a result of this, I love to travel. I also love art, music, books and trying out different types of cuisine. Through my previous experiences, I have gained tips on travelling and how to save on costs when planning a holiday or spending for one. Additionally, I love to cook and make different types of cuisine, I am very good at cleaning, due to my articulate nature, and consider drawing as my favourite pasttime, which is something I would love to share with other people.

Hello I'm Conrad. I'm passionate about all things property, family and knowledge sharing. My business is BlueWood Handyman where I offer handyman and carpentry services. I've been involved in property and construction related work for over 30 years. I'm a qualified carpenter and joiner, I also teach carpentry and joinery part-time to college students. I can offer one-to-one tuition on carpentry & joinery as well as consult on domestic property projects such as refurbishments, extensions and loft conversions. I'm looking to meet up with somebody to that has skills and knowledge in videography.
